Fundamentals of Skating -2011/12/13 - With Partap Sandhu

Details:

This camp will focus on all aspects of skating, from body control, inside and outside edges, balance, forwards, backwards, cross overs, transition skating with and without the puck. Partap Sandhu will be leading and designing the sessions. Partap has extensive experience teaching the fundamentals of skating to youth players all the way up to the pros in the NHL. There will be 12 sessions at Langley Sportsplex - Some select 2014's

April 6th - June 22nd Every Sunday night at 8:00 - 9:00 pm.

Players also have the option of doing extra training with Complex Hockey before or after their session.
 
Video analysis of stride efficiency on the skating treadmill and the biomechanics of a strong/accurate wrist shot, backhand, snap shots
Group 1 - 4-5:15pm - 5:30pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
Group 2 - 5:15-6:30pm - 6:45pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
Group 3 - 6:30-7:45pm - 8pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
